Our hours of operation are from 7:15am to 5:45pm Monday through Friday.

Teachers will be expected to…

  • provide a nurturing and safe learning environment
  • create and implement lesson plans
  • foster positive relationships with children and their families
  • write anecdotal notes for portfolios
  • complete children’s electronic daily reports.

We are currently looking for an exceptional Reggio Facilitator to join our dynamic team!

The Reggio Facilitator will be expected to….

  • Follow the Reggio Enhancement Schedule for the classrooms.
  • Provide support for the classrooms by molding best practice.
  • Train teachers on how to appropriately use mediums and other tools so that they can be successful when you are not there.
  • Develop and implement a plan school wide for Reggio Inspiration in the classroom.
  • Submit plan and required materials to the Curriculum Coordinator for approval
  • Complete and turn in the Monthly Reflection Documentation Form to the Curriculum Coordinator.
  • Meet monthly with the Curriculum Coordinator to review lessons and reflections.
  • Send Marketing and Program Coordinator pictures of approved children and a short blurb to be posted on our social media accounts weekly.
  • Attend various school events as required by the School Administrator.
  • Maintain purchased materials for ongoing use.


  • Must have an Associates of Science degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Must have at least five (5) consecutive years of active teaching experience in a full-day early childhood education facility which is licensed by NCDCDEE and rated “5-star” according to the NCRLAP.
  • Have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of the Reggio Emilia approach to learning
  • All pre-employment screenings completed including but not limited to: TB test, reference and criminal background checks, fingerprints, medical examination and all educational transcript requirements.
